Shipping​

We currently use Aramex to deliver all our North Island orders.  

Auckland shipping is $9.00

North Island shipping is $12.80

Aramex aims to deliver in 1-3 working days to all non-rural places in New Zealand (+2 business days for rural).

If your address has a rural delivery address please don’t forget to add the additional Rural surcharge to your order to minimize delays, this can be found on the product page.

It is important to note that all stated delivery times are approximate and subject to variations.

Our order are shipped with Authority to leave, so please let us know if you have a specific place you wish you parcel to be left if not home, preferably out of the sun.

If the parcel cannot be left safely, you will receive a Card to Call by the courier.

If you have a query on your parcel location, please contact the courier directly first.

Cancelling orders

Orders can be cancelled anytime until parcels are shipped. Once shipped cancellation is not possible.

Best practice to cancel an order is to phone us directly on 09 4760060.

 

Returns

Given the nature of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges on change of mind.

If you are unhappy with your product, please phone us directly or email to let us know what the situation is and we can assist from there.
