Returns and Refund Policy
Please choose your order carefully, as we do not offer change of mind on our dried meat products due to these being of a perishable nature.

If you should have an issue with the quality of your product or have received an incorrect item on your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your delivery.

If there is a quality issue we may require the product to be returned in full for inspection. Product must be returned within 2 days of receiving.

If a refund is required, we shall arrange this within a reasonable time frame, returned back to the original card used to complete the purchase. Confirmation of refund will be made via email or phone.
